As I am sure you are aware The Housing Act 2004 is soon going to determine how the buying and selling of property is carried out. Home Information Packs (HIP's) also referred to as sellers packs are being launched in the UK on 1st June 2007.
A dry run has been scheduled by the government in the summer of 2006. This will help identify any problems and make changes before they become compulsory in 2007.
Assured Property Searches has teamed up with a major firm of surveyors to provide the Home Condition Report which is an essential part of the Home Information Pack.
